How do you clean carpets?
Our standard carpet cleaning method is steam carpet cleaning, which involves the use of high pressure and heat to clean to the very root of your carpet’s fibres. We also employ shampoos before hoovering, as well as pre-treating any blemishes or particularly dirty areas with anti-stain products. Our vacuums are industrial quality and strength. After shampooing and vacuuming we will also use conditioners that are tailored to suit the fabrics of your carpets to ensure lasting shape and colour, while we also offer the service of applying Scotchgard to ensure lasting stain resistance.
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Following our standard steam cleaning process, your carpeting will be dry in two to three hours. Our expert carpet cleaners will don protective footwear while working and leave said footwear with you to wear while your carpets finish drying. If you would like us to Scotchgard your carpets to ensure lasting stain resistance then we would recommend that you allow a three to four hour drying period.
What if your cleaners damage my carpets?
In the very unlikely event that our cleaners damage your property’s carpeting in any way, you can rest assured that all of our employees are comprehensively insured.
Should I have my carpets steam cleaned or dry cleaned?
We recommend our dry cleaning method if you require us to treat particularly delicate carpets and fabrics. We can also provide tailored cleans for unusual materials that guarantee no damage.
